We start off proving the old adage that there's no such thing as a free meal. Ward sat through a smoke detector presentation for a free meal.. Ward and Rod both share their free vacation to be sold on a time share stories.

Crime is high at Wal-mart. We speculate as to why and how it should be fixed. This dove tails into Wal-mart versus small businesses.

Eric solves another world issue with a flat rate welfare proposal. Ward and Rod decline to comment.
