171 - A Restaurant That Didn't Go Above and Beyond

• Went to a national chain restaurant.
• The appetizer order was messed up, but fixed.
• My wife has a gluten allergy. She stated as much and ordered a gluten free item.
• The item was not gluten free. The restaurant comped her meal, but they should have. They didn't comp my meal, they didn't go above and beyond.
• To maximize their return, should they have comped our entire meal?
• Also, my run in with Enterprise Rent a Car where they DID go above and beyond.
• While I'm  sharing stories, let's throw U-haul under the bus.

170 - Canceling Netflix DVD

• Netflix DVD now takes 3x longer to deliver DVDs.
• What are the alternatives to watch newly released movies?
• Vudu, Crackle, Amazon, Youtube, iTunes Movies, Redbox, Netflix streaming
• Streaming costs are $5 per movie.
• Redbox kiosks are $1.75-$2
• I canceled Netflix DVD and joined Redbox.

169 - New Year New Plan

• Th New Year. I don't make resolutions, but i do think about what I want out of the upcoming year. 
• I'd like to do more projects. Didn't do that many last year, comparatively. 
• I want to be more content at my day job.
• Want to post more concept projects. Hydraulic press, CNC router. Some projects don't get build or I can't afford them.
• Favorite projects from last year - pitching machine, metal brake, Legend of Zelda Master Sword, Fortnite costumes, shop lighting upgrade
• Projects for 2019 - the deck, work bench, dust collection, finishing shop upgrade, drift trike

168 - I'm Going to Disney World!

• Took my first trip to Disney World
• Shop update - still cleaning but I've started putting in the ceiling panels.
• Back to Disney, a quick run down of what I did, what I'd suggst.
