173 - Autodesk Software
- That scary moment when you have a deadline and things aren't happening as expected.
- I primarily use Revit BIM Modeling software at work and I used to render 3d models in 3DS Max, both Autodesk programs.
- 3DS Max is the most obtuse program I've ever used, and I'm good at learning new software.
- How I've managed to create 3d renderings in 3DS Max while knowing practically nothing.
- Revit rendering has gotten a lot better.

171 - A Restaurant That Didn't Go Above and Beyond
- Went to a national chain restaurant.
- The appetizer order was messed up, but fixed.
- My wife has a gluten allergy. She stated as much and ordered a gluten free item.
- The item was not gluten free. The restaurant comped her meal, but they should have. They didn't comp my meal, they didn't go above and beyond.
- To maximize their return, should they have comped our entire meal?
- Also, my run in with Enterprise Rent a Car where they DID go above and beyond.
- While I'm sharing stories, let's throw U-haul under the bus.
